We take pride in protecting the pristine shores that were home to the Mayan thousands of years ago. Healthy populations of species endangered elsewhere in Central America flourish among our jungle canopies and mangrove inlets. Colorful birds, flowers, fruits and butterflies delight the senses. Orchid Bay is truly nature's playground, and we plan to keep it that way. Our conservation plans set aside 40% green space, 60% counting property set-backs, to ensure your piece of paradise is protected. Homes sites are carefully designed to save trees and foster the natural landscape.
