Our home sites are available to investors, however, to encourage community development the number of investment lots are limited and sharp discounts are available to those committing to build within two years after purchase. Individuals committing to a one year build, construction started within one year of property sale closing, qualify for a 10% rebate. Homeowners who commit to a two year build schedule receive a 5% rebate.

Orchid Bay home designs are named for the beautiful birds of Belize. Lots on Wild Orchid Way will accommodate the Carpenter, Kestrel, and Margarita floor plans. Lots in Pescadores Park will accommodate the Kingfisher, Kiskadee, Tanager, Shearwater and Osprey floor plans. Pescadores Park lots adjacent to Jabiru Court, will accommodate the Sabrewing design. Alegre Gardens lots accommodate the Belix, Whimbrel, and Avocet floor plans. In Ceiba Horse Field, the lots are sized for the Dunlin, Belix, Whimbrel designs. The Kiskadee can also be built on selected Ceiba Horse Field lots.

The size of lots Pescadores Park and Wild Orchid Way are sufficient to include guest cottages in addition to main Properties.
